Adam S. Juratovac, Esq. (@AdamJTheLawyer) is a California Employment Law Attorney. Adam represents employees and small businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has successfully championed for causes such as employee rights and fair pay in addition to helping guide entrepreneurs in emerging industries. Adam has resolved matters with the: California Superior Courts, United States Federal Court, Division of Industrial Relations, EEOC, and the EDD.

Adam’s practice focuses on representing survivors of sexual harassment and discrimination. During the 2020 pandemic, Adam created over 1,500 Employment Law vides on TikTok, educating Californians about their rights.

In March and April 2021, Adam organized two #StopAsianHate Community Rallies in San Jose, CA. The first #StopAsianHate Community Rally was hosted on March 21, 2021 at San Jose City Hall. That event was organized in 4 days with the help of his TikTok Community. On April 25, 2021, Adam organized another #StopAsianHate Community Rally and March, this time at Plaza de Cesar Chavez. In August 2021, Adam collaborated with a Woman Owned Business to sell t-shirts supporting women’s reproductive rights. Through this collaboration, the community supported the business and purchased over 1,000 feminist t-shirts which in turn led to Adam and that business donating $1500 to Planned Parenthood’s action fund.

He is a Trustee of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and Former President of the Barristers Committee of the County Bar. Adam is experienced working with emerging companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to his work in Employment Litigation, he advised early-stage startups and entrepreneurs build their businesses. The Arena Bowl XXIII and NCAA Champion’s book, Student-Athletes And Social Media, continues to be the standard in digital branding for student-athletes.
